We manufacture and sell Dogama, a gas-powered diatomaceous earth pizza oven made of Noto diatomaceous earth. Although it is a compact one-piece pizza oven, it bakes deliciously in only 90 seconds at a high temperature of 500℃. The area around the kiln does not get hot and does not require a chimney, so it can be placed anywhere and taken anywhere.
